Meet Meghan
Meghan Cox is the founder of Sunshine Social Media and has spent her career helping brands connect with their audiences through strategic marketing and advertising.
A graduate of Western Illinois University, Meghan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Public Communications and Human Relations with a minor in Broadcasting. After college, she began her advertising career in New York City at NBC, where she worked as an NBC Page and later as an Assistant Editor in the Advertising Standards Department. Working behind the scenes on live television productions and reviewing national advertising campaigns sparked her passion for marketing and brand communication.
Meghan later returned to the Chicago area to continue her career at Leo Burnett USA, one of the world's leading advertising agencies. As a Commercial Clearance Manager in the Advertising Law Department, she reviewed and approved advertising across television, radio, print, digital, out-of-home, and direct marketing channels. During her time there, she worked with nationally recognized brands including McDonald’s, Hallmark, Procter & Gamble, Philip Morris, and Kellogg’s.
Today, Meghan brings that big-agency experience to service-based small businesses through Sunshine Social Media. Based in St. Charles, Illinois, she partners with local businesses and personal brands to simplify social media, create meaningful content, and build a consistent online presence that supports business growth.
Meghan is passionate about helping business owners stop stressing over what to post and start showing up online with confidence, clarity, and strategy.
Bridget Nolan
Social Media Manager & Coach
Meet Bridget! Bridget is a former elementary school teacher, graduating from Drake University, along with a Masters and Reading Specialist Certification from Olivet Nazarene University. She went on to teach in the surrounding Chicago suburbs for over ten years, teaching 5th and 6th grade, as well as a reading specialist and interventionist for grades K-5. It is Bridget’s teaching background that makes her a unique asset to SSM! Both classroom and social media management require content creation, creativity, management skills, communication, coaching, and more! After moving to the St. Charles area and falling in love with her new community, Bridget wanted to use her teaching skill set to help support the amazing small businesses in her area. Since 2019, Bridget has been working as a contracted social media manager, copy editor, and freelance writer/blogger. In her freetime, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two kids, and dog! Bridget is excited to be a part of the SSM team, and looks forward to collaborating with you to help tell your story!
Dina Green
Social Media Manager & Coach
Meet Dina! Dina is a former middle school math teacher, graduating from DePaul university. She taught in the Chicago suburbs for 10 years before retiring to stay at home with her three children. After 5 years of stay at home mom life, she recently worked as a social media manager for a large local community website where she honed her social media and marketing skills before joining the Sunshine Team!
In her free time Dina enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children, traveling, cats, and a good iced coffee!
Pam Ebeling

Meet Pam! Pam is a former elementary school teacher with over 15 years of experience in the classroom, working with students in grades 1–6. After stepping away from teaching to stay home with her children, she discovered a passion for content creation and digital marketing while building her own brand online.
Through sharing her life as a mom, Pam has grown a highly engaged community and developed a deep understanding of what it takes to create relatable, impactful content that truly connects. Her background in education gives her a unique edge in storytelling, communication, and building meaningful connections—skills that translate seamlessly into social media strategy and management.
Pam is passionate about helping brands show up authentically online, connect with their audience, and grow through content that feels real and engaging. She is so excited to be part of the Sunshine Team and to help bring your brand to life on social media!
In her free time, Pam enjoys spending time with her family, creating content, staying active, and of course—a good iced coffee!
